Engine and coach batteries will need replacing. Normal fading/graphics wear for age, passenger mirror is broken off and the driver's mirror is missing a piece of glass. The windshield is cracked on both sides and the rook has various soft spots (mostly around the shower skylight). The interior front to back has water stains to walls/ceilings/carpet and there are various soft spots up high (pics). Hot water heater is missing and the refrigerator is not original and smaller. The coach drove around fine on our lot but we couldn't take it on a full test drive as the battery was too dead. See pics for more detail.
