Unable to get any power to the engine to verify if it starts (we were able to manually turn the engine), battery needs to be charged/replaced, it appears the throttle and wiring connecting have been taken apart and the tires are cracked with 50% tread. We pulled freeze plugs and noticed old antifreeze (we drained out old antifreeze) / visually we cannot see any cracks in block/manifolds. Typical wear shown cosmetically for age.
