Interior: Bathroom floor is soft/stained. Murphy bed frame is damaged and the mattress is missing. Wires hanging next to the bathroom. Cabinets, trims, and upholstery are worn/damaged in areas. See pictures for cosmetic blemishes.
Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced. Left side of the slideout does not extend (appears to be an issue with the slideout cables).
