All buyers must arrange their own transporters, and provide CrankyApe.com the information of the exact person or company that will be picking up the unit through the Authorization of Release form. In order to protect our buyers, we will NOT release units to anyone who does not have the proper documentation and identification. All shipping resources are 3rd party vendors, and have no affiliation with CrankyApe.com.
Transporters also need to be aware of CrankyApe.com’s shipping policies, such as requiring a release form from our buyer. CrankyApe.com does not palletize or crate units for shipping. CrankyApe.com does not drain fluids from any units prior to shipping.
When choosing a 3rd party transporter, please do your research! It is in your best interest to look for companies that are licensed, bonded and insured to transport your unit.
