Unit has been winterized

The generator cranks but will not start. There is no spare tire. The unit vibrates at 50 to 60mph. There is some possible water staining on ceiling in various places. The refrigerator door is not bolted on properly. The dash is supported by a wood block in center of dash and the dash vibrates quiet a bit. The monitor is loose at the mount. Typical wear inside and out for its age and miles.
