Exterior: Fading and graphics wear. The front cap, rear cap and side panels are delaminated. The front right side paneling is cracked and the underlayment is wet/rotted. The front top clearance light lenses are missing. The lower left rear skirting is bent. The back side upper and lower slideout cables are broken and the top securement plate is pulled out of the side.
Interior: The floor is soft/discolored in all 4 corners. The floor in front of the bathroom door and kitchen area is soft/discolored. Vinyl throughout has stains/discoloration. A few trim pieces are loose. Right side kitchen sink basin is cracked and the drain/gasket are pulled out. The couch is missing its mounting bolts. The back side of the dinning booth is missing the wood bottom support. The mattress is torn. The slideout back side lower cable is broken which won't let that area seal properly. The slideout leaks when out due to sagging/sloping. The top slideout seal needs to be replaced. The couch, booth, and top slideout trim fabric are wet. The exit window screen in the master bedroom is bent. The bottom of the cabinets are discolored and water stained. TVs are missing. |
