The cover over gauge cluster is cracked. The vinyl on roll bar is ripped. The door panels have been glued on both driver and passenger side. The speaker and speaker cover is missing from driver's side back seat. The small vent driver's side dash is missing. Some of the stitching is loose on convertible top. Unit shows typical wear inside and out for its age and miles.
