| This unit is Deemed an Insurance loss due to water damage. The edge of the slide out floor is pulled up at the front. The forward wall of the bunkhouse is bowed out from water damage. There is foam caulking sealing a hole at the rear of the lower bunk and along the rear wall of the livingroom. The flooring is soft under the bunks. The carpet is heavily stained along the rear wall of the livingroom. We believe the water damage may be a result of a cracked water heater or water line, because the water heater and water tank are located under the lower bunk. There is a large dent to the left side exterior ahead of the slide out. There are several compartment hold open latches that are broken off. There is no spare tire or battery. |
