| This unit does turn over freely when the starter is jump across, but will not fire due to the plug wires missing and there being no fuel lines. There are 3 spark plug wires going from the coil packs to the plugs themselves that are missing, as well as the engine cover, fuel lines, and the controls. The engine case is damaged and split at the top, and the skeg tip is broken off. |
