Coach battery needs to be replaced. Exterior fading to body. Roof is caulked on rear cap. Interior stain/water damage to ceiling above the slideout/bedroom/bathroom wall/driver footwell. During the test drive, the generator turned over but did not start. Other than that, it started, ran and drove well.
