| We were told this unit was completely submerged. As a result, the battery needs to be replaced / recharged, and the engine does not start or run (due to not having the D.E.S.S. key), but does crank freely. Engine was hydro locked, but we were able to crank the engine and dismiss the water that filled the cylinders. |
