| Propane tanks are missing. Battery needs to be charged/replaced. Exterior/interior cosmetic condition provided in pics. The awning is weathered and starting to crack. The left side rear has a spot where it appears that is was sanded down to correct some issue with the siding. The roof in the front left corner is rotted out, extremely soft, and sagging down. The front cap seal in the front left is cracked and is allowing water into the roof of the unit. The seals around the entire roof are starting to show signs of weathering. The interior front left wall, ceiling, and floor in bedroom is soft and bubbling from the water damage from the roof. The front left window appears to be leaking slightly. Winterized 10/13/2016. |
