Battery/propane tanks/microwave are missing. Water damage to roof. Tires (205/75/R-15) are worn with 50% tread remaining. Cosmetic condition shown in photos. The left side rear around the tail light aluminum siding is rotted out and there is a hole through the siding to the wood wall. The center mounting support for the ladder is broken loose. Interior water damage/warping/sagging to ceiling. The bathroom skylight over the shower housing is worn and cracked. We do not see any interior leaks and the unit appears to be dry. With some work, this would make for a nice travel trailer!
