| Description: 2003 Dutchman Classic 31BK is equipped with a 2-5/16" coupler, has a round 7 electrical connector, and the tires are good with 50% tread. Pulls well and we have the keys. Overall this would make for a good project camper and with work, could make for a nice camper once again. This unit is available to view at our Michigan City, Indiana location. |
| Insurance loss. Heat damage from adjacent trailer. Most of the heat damage is to the left side of the unit. The entire left side and slide out are heat damaged (inside and out) including connections, seals, siding, trim, windows, walls, cabinets, etc. The A/C unit cover has heat damage and is melted. The coach battery needs to be replaced. Shore power cord and propane cover are missing. The left side also has water damage inside the unit (paneling is covering the wall) and the wall and floor are soft/rotting (part of the wall is falling apart). Damages may be more extensive than what can be seen. See pictures for further details. |
