Battery needs to be replaced. Pics show cosmetic condition. There are a few minor/to be expected areas of stress cracking. Some normal staining/tearing in upholstery. Lower unit skeg tip is broken off and prop is nicked/bent. Engine cranks/turns over but won't start.
