NO KEYS. Roof has some patch work and re-caulking. Some hail dings and typical/to be expected exterior scuffs/blemishes. Rear door is missing the outer skin. Ceiling is sagging in bathroom and little in the kitchen...possible water damage. Tip-outs are untested. Difficult to get a good look with the tip-outs inside.
