EXTERIOR: Mildew stains, right rear and right front delamination, entry steps are strapped in the closed position, awning is torn and taped, trim is loose or has fallen off of storage compartment doors, several locks/latches are broken on storage compartment doors, rear bumper is missing, left rear corner cap is cracked, left rear fender flare is broken, windshield is cracked and chipped, and the plywood under the roof membrane is soft in some spots.
INTERIOR: Headliner is water stained in rear bedroom/bathroom/up front, carpet stained, floor vents are broken and are duct taped over.
OTHER: Slideout does not move in or out (just clicks at pump). *Unable to build pressure to winterize (leaks). IGNITION KEY ONLY. Coach and engine batteries need replacing. |
