Exterior: Front drivers side lower corner by the propane compartment is dented on the lower aluminum skirt, floor underneath drivers side rear slide is soft/water damaged, both entrance door frames are damaged from being pried, passenger side wheel well and lower skirt on the slide damaged from blowout, awning is torn, passenger side slide floor has light water damage, and there are 3 tears in the rubber roof about 3" long on the driver's side near the front.
Interior: The vinyl floor in living area has a 3" tear, base for the master bed has been damaged and partially disassembled, overhead sleeping area has water damage, toy hauler compartment shows heavy use, floor around toilet is soft and the bathroom ceiling has some water damage.
Other: Keys, battery, and propane tanks missing. Generator runs rough, burns oil, and smokes. |
