| Description: 2004 Komfort 27FS Fifth-Wheel Travel Trailer. This unit is available for viewing at our Kingman, AZ location. The roof is in good condition and the tires have 50% tread. Also has 2 solar roof top panels. |
| Coach battery needs to be replaced. Front passenger side of the nose has a hole and is dented. The awning is weathered and torn. Passenger side mud flap is torn, retaining latch for entry door is broken, slide out cover has a small tear, and the driver's side fender is cracked at the screws. The entire unit has typical wear/dings from use and age. Carpet is stained and wearing down. The kitchen sink has a small chip but the unit has normal wear from use. The fresh water tank drain valve handle is not attached and the valve is open. See pictures for further details. |
