| No keys. Coach battery needs to be replaced. The slide out cover is missing, the slide out roof appears to be weathering/damaged and the inside ceiling in the slide out shows water damage. Awning condition is unknown. The interior showed signs of a pet, stained carpet, and the couch is soiled/stained. The bathroom could use a carpenter or a plumber or both (see pictures). The bathroom floor is not safe to stand on and the tub has a liner attached to it (leaking?). The kitchen table is missing but the cushions are present. The roof over the master bed area has been patched. The ceiling inside the master bedroom and the mattress have water damage. The slide out motor only works on external power. Many light covers are missing. This unit has not been winterized but the tanks have been drained. There may be more damage that is not seen in the pictures. No brakes per transport driver. This will not pass Texas inspection as is. See the pictures for further details. |
