Coach battery needs a charge or replacement and the windshield is cracked on both sides. Exterior paint/graphics are fading, clear coat is bubbling/peeling, the brush guard is ripped, and the rear ladder is taped. Cabinet mirror over the dining area is cracked, carpet shows light wear, and vinyl flooring has been installed (not original). Bathroom sink valve is leaking (unable to winterize unit), dishwasher gasket needs to be replaced, toilet flush spring is broken, and the mirror adjustment control is loose.
