Insurance loss after the bellows failed. The rear of the boat sank in fresh water up to the upholstery. The out-drive is broken and leaking oil. We did get power to the gauges and starter clicks (engine barely turns over). It doesn't appear to be seized but doesn't fully turn over to start. Water has been drained from the engine block. Additional cosmetic details shown in the photos.
