Description: 2008 Flagstaff 27SC High Wall equipped with a 3,743 GVWR, 2" coupler, fiberglass exterior, good tires with 75% tread, audio system, two beds, bathroom, and kitchenette.

Exterior: Awning is missing. Electric winch and winch frame is bent (winch works but overheats). 2" coupler is bent and mechanism is broken.

Interior: Floor is soft in front of the entry door. There is also mildew on the canvas.

Mechanical: Water filter is broken (had to bypass to winterize). The keys are missing and the coach battery will need to be replaced.
