Description: 2010 Coleman (by Dutchmen) 187QB equipped with a 4,700 GVWR, 2" coupler, fiberglass exterior, good tires with 75% tread, audio system, bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette.

Exterior: Graphics are cracking.

Interior: Mattress is missing, kitchen faucet is broken, plumbing going into toilet leaks, and hot water heater cabinet cover is missing. The Previous owner made wooden boards to use when the kitchen table is turned into a bed.

Mechanical: Battery will need to be charged/replaced. We were unable to fully winterize the unit due to plumbing issues.
