Description: 2011 Coachmen Catalina 32BHDS equipped with a 9,900 GVWR, 2-5/16" coupler, aluminum exterior, good tires with 25% tread, two slide-outs, audio system, bedroom, bunkroom, full bathroom, and kitchenette.

Exterior: Both slide-outs are damaged (dented), front slide-out awning and bracket are broken, underbelly lining is coming off the front slide-out, roof shows signs of possibly leaking, front siding is delaminated/water damaged, and exterior kitchenette refrigerator and stove are missing.

Interior: Front bedroom walls and ceiling are water damaged. Floor is soft in the hallway, trim is scratched/clawed, and carpet is stained. The original kitchen table and chairs have also been replaced with a residential style set.

Mechanical: Battery will need to be charged/replaced and kitchen faucet leaks.
