Exterior: Please view all pictures for cosmetic blemishes in the unit. Roof membrane is torn from something mounted to the roof having been broken off. Extra screws have also been inserted into the siding.
Interior: A shower has been built into the unit and the shower handles were not installed properly. Floor is soft in/by the bathroom door, bathroom door hinges are broken, door is loose, woodwork is scratched, and there are screw holes in the walls/ceiling.
Mechanical: Main power chord has been cut at the base, bath fixtures leak, black holding tank is cracked, keys are missing, coach battery will need to be charged/replaced, and tires (ST175/80R13) are weathered. |
