Exterior: Please view all pictures for cosmetic blemishes in the unit (scratches, paint chips, and corrosion). Gas cap is missing, left rear roof corner is dented, rear ladder is bent, entry steps do not operate, and there are some soft spots in the roof.
Interior: Carpet is ripped/stained, wallpaper in the kitchen is peeling, and there is a mildew odor in the unit. There are also some areas of water damage and soft spots in the floor.
Mechanical: Service engine soon and ABS dash lights are on. The tires are also worn, the generator does not run, and the engine/coach batteries will need to be charged/replaced.
