EXTERIOR: Fifth wheel hitch is corroded, cracking under the door above the steps, pry damage near the latch, and the awning is missing. The rear slideouts are hanging/will not close properly and the rear ladder bottom step is dented. See pics for additional details. The roof has a few soft spots and is delaminating on both sides. Left side compartment door is locked (no key).
INTERIOR: Couches are peeling, TV's and kitchen faucet are missing, and the woodwork is scuffed up in spots as well as some slideout corner pieces are missing.
Slides are hesitant to open and the battery will need replacement.
