EXTERIOR: Areas of delamination all around (hard to see in the pics).
INTERIOR: Water damage to the wall next to the driver's seat, rear bedroom, and bathroom. Ceiling stained/water damaged and there a few areas of carpet staining.
MECHANICAL: Batteries need a charge or replacement, the tires have good tread but there is some cracking in between the treads, generator started on starting fluid only (most likely due to low fuel?) and the check engine light is on.
