Exterior: Left rear slide out has a water damaged floor and is unattached to the metal framing (has to be manually pushed in and out). Exterior kitchenette stove is also missing. Please view all pictures for any other cosmetic blemishes in the unit.
Interior: Upholstery is torn and rear bunkroom door frame is damaged. Entryway and bunkroom slide-out flooring are both water damaged. The bunkroom door, bunkroom mattresses, and couch are also missing. Unit has a cigarette odor.
Mechanical: Electric tongue jack does not operate, propane tanks are missing, tires show uneven wear (25%-75% tread remaining), and coach battery will need to be charged/replaced. |
