Description: 2010 Jayco 141J Select HW equipped with a 3,850 GVWR, 2" coupler, aluminum exterior, good tires with 50% tread, one slide-out, bed, and kitchenette.

Exterior: Canvas is torn and stained. There are also some mold/mildew spots in the canvas. Left rear jack is bent and entrance door will not install (hardware is damaged).

Interior: Ceiling, floor, and mattresses are water damaged. Bathroom door does not set up due to broken hardware in walls/enclosure. Rear canvas support rod is broken, hot water heater is disconnected, and kitchen sink faucet is broken off. Unit has a mold/mildew odor and the roof leaks.

Mechanical: Left rear lifting arm is broken and coach battery will need to be charged/replaced. Keys and propane tanks are missing.
