Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
Exterior: Leveling jacks corroded/bent. Wires to front jack are cut. Missing battery/propane tank covers. Caulking peeling around slideouts. Hole in front door (lower area). Delamination/broken light in front. Exterior kitchen molding bent/missing refrigerator. See pictures for cosmetic condition.
Interior: Furniture is water stained. Water damage on carpet of main slideout. Hole in floor on left side of master bed (from water damage). Water has leaked in through bent molding around the exterior kitchenette. Missing TVs. See photos for condition.
Mechanical: Battery needs to be replaced. No keys. Front jack does not operate. (Hooked power directly to jack, still no power).
