Exterior: Center awning is torn, side patio floor is water damaged, front entry steps are bent, exterior kitchenette refrigerator is missing, and left side slide-out siding is delaminating. Please view all pictures for any other cosmetic blemishes.
Interior: Closet door slats, water connections panel, A/C vent cover, TV, and washer/dryer are missing. There are holes in the bedroom and garage entry walls. Living room floor is torn, closet door slats are broken, residential refrigerator has been installed, kitchen sink is not mounted, carpet/upholstery is worn, and center slide-out wall is water damaged. Unit shows signs of pets.
Mechanical: Keys, generator, and propane tanks are missing. Battery will need to be charged/replaced. |
