Exterior: Front jack is broken (does not operate), awning arms are damaged, and there is some corrosion forming on the tongue. Roof is soft in some places, roof lining is bubbling, and bathroom vent cover is missing. The siding is scratched, dented, stained, and discolored from use (see pictures). The propane tanks, battery, and awning are also missing.
Interior: A/C cover is damaged, dining seats and part of the table are not connected to the floor, thermostat is broken, fireplace is hanging out slightly, and there are chew marks in the kitchen island and front door. The carpet, couch, and mattress are missing. Interior has an odor and is yellowing from nicotine.
Mechanical: Tires are weathered and coach battery is missing. |
