EXTERIOR: Scratches-dings-dents all around, one window is broken out, rubber weather stripping around the slideouts is deteriorating, sheet metal under the front is dented up/coming apart, back end of the kingpin is damaged, and the underlayment is coming down. Roof membrane is rippled in the back (pic).
INTERIOR: Cigarette odor and yellowing, cabinetry and woodwork is chipped up front to back, holes in the walls and ceiling from picture hanging, etc, the floor is soft at entry, and the seal to the middle of the fridge doors is broken off and hanging by a wire. See pics for more detail.
Mechanical: Battery is dead. Slide outs work but appear they may have a short. We had to push them all the way in before they would go out, vise versa when closing them back up. |
