Exterior: See pictures for cosmetic condition. Shore cord cover and battery cover are missing. Left slide-out fender is bent, caulking is peeling, step handle is ripped, and corrosion forming on tongue.

Interior: Screen door is ripped, mattress is missing, couch is peeling, and cover on island is loose. Chew marks on the left slide-out.

Mechanical: Battery will need to be replaced and keys are missing.
