Exterior: The awning is ripped, the paint/graphics are fading, caulking is peeling around the roof, and the ladder is not connected to the roof. There is water damage to the rear siding of the unit, trim is peeling, and there are scratches/scuffs/rust in the body. See photos.
Interior: The electrical socket in the bedroom has fire damage, the living area couch is missing, the roof is bubbling, the flooring is soft, and there is a hole in the right side of the toy hauler wall. Stains/wear in the unit.
Mechanical: The battery needs to be charged/replaced and the generator does not run. Tires have 50% tread and the slide-out on the right side does not operate. |
