Tire Condition: Good / 75% tread.

Interior: Bathroom cabinet is damaged and toliet lid hinge is missing. Bathroom sink and counter are stained and damaged. Kitchen sink is stained and bedroom has screw holes and damaged wall trim.

Mechanical: No keys and coach battery needs to be replaced. Battery terminals are rusted. Lights work inside but control panel does not get power and slides and awning will not operate. Wire to tongue jack is detached but electric operation works if wire is attached.
