Tire Condition: Worn / 25% tread.

Exterior: Passenger side awnings have been reattached/broken with loose wires and held up by rope. Bent ladder, broken front roof vent, and water damage to floor of left side storage compartment. See pictures for cosmetic condition.

Interior: Couch is worn/torn. Small soft spot in bedroom floor and the shower sprayer leaks.

Mechanical: Battery needs to be replaced. No keys. No propane tanks.
