Exterior: Tape residue on front and sides, left side wheel skirt is missing, cracked on right side by front door, and the front door is bent.

Interior: Back room wall has a hole in it and loose outlet on the floor. Kitchen floor and couch are damaged. Front shower door is missing.

Mechanical: No keys and battery needs to be replaced. Original water heater is missing and has an after market water heater in front storage. Rear toilet and front shower leak.
