Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: Leveling jack is bent on the front right side, dents and scratches on the front right corner, tape residue on windows, rear bumper is rusting. Roof is soft and tape is covering soft spots on the molding.

Interior: Floor is soft on left side of bed and walls are bubbling in areas. Furniture is worn and stained and dining table seats are missing. Moth ball odor.

Mechanical: No keys and coach battery needs to be replaced.
