Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
Exterior: The roof is dry rotted/cracked and patched (no apparent water leaks). Missing one window (inside unit). One awning is missing, and another awning is torn. Missing fender and front A/C cover. See pictures for cosmetic condition.
Interior: Screen door is detached, a drawer in the bedroom will not open, and a mirror panel has fallen out of a bedroom cabinet door. Bathroom wallpaper is bubbled and the shower is stained/cracked (taped with Tyvek tape). See all pictures.
Mechanical: Battery needs to be replaced. Brakes and the electric front jacks do not operate. Missing a propane tank (has been converted to have a single, large battery).
