Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: One of the kitchenette latches is rusted and difficult to latch. Paneling under front is sagging, bottom of middle slideout is peeling, dent at the back of slideout, back end has large creases in fiberglass, and the ladder is loose.

Interior: Freezer seal is broken, bedroom door is off track, carpet is stained in dining area, and wall is bubbled out.

Mechanical: No keys and coach battery needs to be replaced.
