Exterior: Fire damage, slideout exterior is burned, cracked and the window is broken and loose in the frame. Front storage compartment door is warped. Bathroom vent is broken and taped.

Interior: Outlet on the slide is broken, a hole in the rear wall by upper bunk, and small tear in rear bathroom wall.

Mechanical: Coach battery needs to be replaced.
