Description: 2017 Heartland Mallard UltraLite M29 equipped with a 6,900 GVWR, 2-5/16" coupler, fiberglass exterior, one slideout, master bedroom, bunks, full bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Tire Condition: Good / 75% tread.

Exterior: Frame/steps rusted. Two small holes in fiberglass on left side. Weatherstripping peeling. Front right side appears to have been resealed (along bottom trim). See pictures.

Interior: Soft spot/water damage along wall and floor in bedroom (where it was resealed). Kitchen drawer will not shut. Oven is rusted and wear in cabinetry.

Mechanical: Battery needs to be replaced. No keys. Wires frayed/detached from electrical connector.
