Tire Condition: The tires are in good condition with 75% tread.
Exterior: The paint is faded with scuffs and scratches. The trim is cracked/unscrewed in the front right, both fenders are missing, and there is a crack in the freshwater tank (will not hold water).
Interior: There's a small hole in the living room wall, water damage to the kitchen cabinetry below the fridge, and a small paint spot on the couch. The leather on the furniture, couch, and upholstery around the windows have all been replaced.
Mechanical: The leveling jacks are missing. There are no propane tanks (cover located inside the unit) or battery (will need to be replaced). The wires to the tongue jack have been cut, the trailer connector is damaged, but usable. We were told the axles have been replaced along with the wheel hubs and tires after a blowout.
