Mechanical: Missing battery. Does not start. Engine is partially disassembled. Valve covers and glow plugs have been removed. Engine turned over about half a revolution, but the starter won't re-engage the flex plate. The unit shot a lot of diesel out of the glow plug holes when it did turn over.
