Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: Stove vent is taped up, Front slideout window is taped shut and the upper part is chipped, and there is delamination above the slideout. Front cap is cracked and seams are coming apart.

Interior: Wall above the slide out has a few soft spots, floor vent in kitchen is damaged, and front right wall is water damaged, and front left wall is soft.

Mechanical: Coach battery needs to be replaced.
