Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread. One tire is worn on the inner tread.

Exterior: Front corner is slightly damaged, ladder is bent, and front storage compartment lock is difficult to lock and unlock.

Interior: Slide-out trim is damaged. Entertainment center cabinet door is off its hinges.

Mechanical: Tongue jack stuck in place. Battery will need to be replaced.
