Description: 2009 SunnyBrook Sunset Creek 307RL equipped with a 10,000 GVWR, 2-5/16" coupler, aluminum exterior, one slideout, master bedroom, full bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Tire Condition: Cracked / 50% tread.

Exterior: Awning is torn. Front passenger compartment held shut by duct tape. Damage to edge of entry door (operates), passenger side fender needs to be resecured, and light hail damage in the front. See pictures for cosmetic condition.

Interior: Missing three curtain panels. Light scratches in woodwork. Normal wear.

Mechanical: Battery needs to be replaced. Spare tire needs to be replaced. Loading jack on tongue does not operate.
